Q. How do you get your information on Americans killed by Illegals?

A. Through other sites , newspapers online, in Librarys, on line local tv web sites. I confirm all names.

Q. What prompted you to start the "Americans killed by Illegals" site?

A. I was born and raised in Glendale, Arizona, where illegal immigration has been a problem all my life, I was surfing one day trying to find anything on Americans being killed by illegal aliens, and on 01-08-2007 I started a site named... Americans killed by illegals. I must tell you I was shocked at what I was learning.

Q. Do you know of any one killed by illegals ?

A. Yes !  Christopher M. Martin 18 years old, died on August, 17, 2006. He was shot 3 times in the Chest by an illegal alien @ Meridian & Brown in Mesa Arizona, The illegal alien was deported, but they come back in days. My Son is dating Christopher's sister, I met Christopher a year before he was killed.

Q. Are you a  racist?

A. No I'm not, my site is all about the Rule of Law and  names of Americans dieing at the hands of People that do not belong in America , not the color of a persons skin, my Grand Dad was full blooded cherokee, on my moms side. I have to follow the law, I expect every one to follow the same laws I must obey. We have laws on Immigration if any illegal alien can't or won't follow Our immigration laws,  then I can not believe they are able or capable of following any other law's in America. Q.What's your stance on legal Immigration?

A. I believe when ones do all that is ask of them, with in our laws, and learn to speak English as asked, don't over stay their visa's, if they want to become citizens, then obey our laws in regard to our Citizenship laws. My Aunt married my Uncle while he was stationed in Germany( 60's ), She did all that was ask of her, and now shes an American citizen. Its not right, its not lawfull, to allow illegal aliens that refuse to obey our laws to get any type of free money, schooling, health services, welfare, they can go home and start their lawfull journey to become  American Citizens or get job visa's, if they can't do that then, we then must follow our Federal immigration laws and deport them.

Q. Do you join in any protest?

A.Yes I do , I choose to protest the local elected officals, as to Protest against the illegal aliens, Our elected officals are commiting Federal felonies and are guilty by this federal Immigration law...

Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A) (iv)(b)(iii)
"Any person who...encourges or induces an alien to...reside...knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such...residence is ...in violation of law, shall be punished as provided... for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs...fined under title 18...imprisoned not more than 5 years or both"

Section 274 felonies under federal lmmigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A):
A person( including a group of persons, business.organization, or local government) commits a federal felony when she or he

* assists an alien s/he should resonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or

* encourges that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or agent for an employer in any way or

* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions. Did you notice they don't call them immigrants.

I'm called a racist by my own president/politicians because of this law and because I believe in the Rule of Law!

Once upon a time we respected our Politicians,  that respect has been disintergrated by their own actions or lack of.

Q. Are you for a Border Fence?

A. Yes, I understand fully it wont keep all illegal aliens  out, we must have enforcement of our Federal Immigration laws on Business's, groups that cater to illegal aliens, On Sanctuary Cities,  On the Church's and our local governments. I have nothing against people wanting a better life, but rules and laws must be obeyed! No one is above the law , not even the illegal aliens!

Q. Are you an extremist?

A. No, I believe in the Rule of Law and fully expect all to abide by the law, just as every American Citizen must do in order to stay out of jail or worse prison. This life of Ours is about choices, I choose to go by America's law's and I choose to go against thoses that choose to go against America's laws. Its not about the color of any ones skin, its all about the Rule of Law. The illegal aliens choose not to obey America's laws, there fore  all illegal aliens from any Country should be deported according to America's Federal Immigration laws.
America is not an extension of Mexico ,Europe, Japan, China, Canada ect. We have made laws to avoid this illegal alien invasion, its our leaders that are the true criminals, by refusing to enforce our immigration laws that are on the books !
